The Grand Ballroom and Nolen Gallery combine beautifully to allow your group some showcase space, as well as access to the outdoor Plaza. Ideal for a small meeting spaced, or a staging area for a bridal party. This comfortable, versatile space is conveniently located on the same level as The Grand Ballroom, just off of the parking garage, so access is easy. Enjoy every amenity in this intimate meeting space—start planning.
Nestled at the top of The Wisconsin Building, offering the very finest views of Lake Mendota, the State Capitol, the city, and university. This unique space can be reserved in combination with other Edgewater venues, or individually, for weddings, holiday parties, board meetings and more.
This space is the capstone to the renovation of the historic Langdon Building. It’s an elegant, versatile event and meetings space, suitable for private dinners, board meetings, and other corporate events. The space overlooks Lake Mendota from on-high and offers a grand marble bar as you walk in off the elevators. Beyond this impressive entrance, you find yourself in an intimate gathering space that can showcase your video, presentations and audio, or simply serve as a private dining space for a great graduation celebration. However you choose to use the space, it is sure to amaze your guests.
Offering magnificent, expansive views of Lake Mendota for a truly unparalleled experience. With 30,500 square feet of outdoor space, The Edgewater’s Grand Plaza can accommodate events of all sizes. The flexible venue allows for large and small tents and multiple configurations perfect for corporate groups, weddings and celebrations. The Grand Plaza can also be combined with The Nolen Gallery and The Grand Ballroom for a gorgeous, indoor and outdoor experience for any affair.
This 6,150 square feet of flexible event space, 16-foot windows with sweeping views of Lake Mendota, and sophisticated, inviting room finishes make it one of the most memorable event spaces in the Midwest. The terraces are located directly outside The Grand Ballroom, adjacent also to The Plaza, and provides an intimate outdoor setting overlooking the lake.
Offering 1,660 square feet, the perfect size for group functions ranging from 20 to 120 guests. The Mendota Ballroom features an attached foyer, The Mendota Gallery, ideal for coffee breaks or cocktail receptions. The Mendota Ballroom can be divided into three sections.
The Edgewater is proud to offer Madison’s most spectacular venues and special events spaces, both indoors and outside, almost every square foot offering uninterrupted views of Lake Mendota.
