Grab your best Galentine or your perfect partner and say “I love you a brunch!” on Valentine’s Weekend, February 11 & 12. Offering a nod to our Admiralty restaurant menu from the 1970’s, and The Edgewater’s 75th anniversary, we’re featuring Crêpes Suzette with an orange brandy sauce, fresh strawberries and whipped cream ($18) and a Lobster Benedict boasting 2 poached eggs, lobster and béarnaise sauce over an English muffin ($32).

Then, enjoy dinner for two featuring herb and garlic roasted beef strip loin with grilled prawns and asparagus risotto. Enjoy a sweet finish with our 1970’s nostalgic cherries jubilee, flambéed tableside by our Statehouse serving staff.
